6. Shipping and Delivery

ATOZEE currently ships within the United States only and offers free standard shipping on all U.S. orders with no minimum purchase requirement.

7. Orders and Payments

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing, shipping, and contact information. Orders must be successfully paid before they can be processed for shipment.

The payment methods currently available for your order will be displayed during checkout. Payment transactions may be processed by Shopify and other payment providers available through our checkout. ATOZEE does not store complete credit or debit card details on its own systems.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary due to suspected fraudulent activity, a genuine pricing or technical error, inventory availability, inaccurate information, or unusual order activity.

8. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

• Restocking fee: $0
• Customers are responsible for return shipping for returns based on personal preference
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected

ATOZEE does not currently offer direct exchanges.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase when they have not already entered processing or been shipped.
